When you compare the median price of a home, interest rates and qualifying incomes, 2008 has offered the most affordable homeownership period in 35 years with 2006 being the worst for affodability in the last 19 years according to the NAR statistics.
Right now customers have an opportunity to get in on ground floor pricing during this incredible time in the real estate market. I have been asked the following question many times; "when is the next time we'll see an opportunity like this?" Well, the answer (according to some experts) is that it could be many years!
